I charge FLAT FEES in two
stages - pretrial and trial - starting at $1250 with
most in the $2000 to $3750 range
based on the Court and number and seriousness
of the charges. That way, you know your full
cost UP FRONT. Plus, if
we don't go to trial, you don't have to PAY
for trial. These fees cover:
All Court Appearances
Research For Legal Defenses
Pretrial Hearings And Conferences
Negotiation With DA's Office
Full Judge Or Jury Trial
Argument Before Judge For Leniency
To make things easier for you, I offer PAYMENT PLANS and
